All SUVs in the teaser are electric, four of them have a coupe-SUV body style.
Mahindra has been teasing its forthcoming lineup of electric SUVs for some time now. Now, a new teaser video has five new SUVs that are set to be revealed on August 15. Out of the five teasers we offer as examples, four appear to have a coupe-SUV body style, the fifth one resembles an electric version of the Mahindra s flagship, the XUV700. The clip shows the five different electric SUVs shown in profile, with silhouettes.
Mahindra Advanced Design Europe (MADE) will showcase the new EVs at their showroom in the UK in Oxfordshire, headed by chief designer Pratap Bose, under the tagline “born electric.”
A previous teaser, which also mentioned August 15 as the reveal date, showed three SUVs as silhouettes as well. However, what was clearly seen in the silhouettes were the C-shaped LED signature lamps, both at the front and rear. This, however, is not visible in the teaser. Mahindra previously sold the e2o, e2o Plus, and eVerito in India.
Though little is known about these five e-SUVs now, Mahindra intends to release further specs to inform shoppers in the run-up to their launch on Independence Day 2022.
